This NDE was deeply disturbing for the individual and to me it showed how if life gets us down it can feel like Hell. Kathy was worn down and then got ARDS, so she was physically as well as mentally spent. Thus, the hellish tableaux. Your take aways from the story, El Creativo, are profound and I think on target.
